Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive an incorrect product.
A clear and unedited unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return or replacement request.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at jhumkagali.cp@gmail.com.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all tags (if applicable).
Refunds
- Refunds will be provided only if a replacement is not available.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and verified.
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Product size, length, or weight
- Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
